Architecture Review Board (ARB)

Architectural Review Board Process:

Should you contemplate making changes to your home or landscaping please contact the Architectural Review Board to check for compliance with our Covenants and Bylaws. 

Please submit the form below well ahead of scheduling any work to avoid possible delays while the ARB considers your requests. Please submit a detailed description of your planned improvements and a lot layout showing the location of these improvements. It is highly recommended that you discuss your plans with any neighbors who may be visually impacted by the changes proposed.

To submit your application, download and complete the Property Modification Proposal Form below.  Email the form to the Architectural Review Board at BLHOA3+ARB@gmail.com, or provide a printed copy to any one of the ARB memebers below.  Feel free to contact any of the members in advance to prepare them for your submission, or if you have any questions regarding your intended project!
